If you contact Turnstone AI, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, business, contact details and request. Basic security and access logs may also be processed by hosting and email providers.

Why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, assess whether we can help, protect the service and maintain a reasonable business record. We do not ask for passwords, authentication codes or sensitive incident evidence through the public form.

Service providers and location

The website and security services are provided through Cloudflare. When the online enquiry form is available, its submission is sent through Resend for delivery to Turnstone AI and is then received through Lark. These providers may process information in locations described in their own service and privacy terms. Appropriate service settings and access controls are used for the intended business purpose.

Retention and disclosure

Enquiry information is retained only as reasonably needed for response, business records, security and legal obligations. It is not sold. It may be disclosed where required by law or to a service provider supporting the stated purpose.

Your choices

You can request access or correction, or ask a privacy question, by emailing info@turnstoneai.com. This notice will be updated if the website begins using materially different analytics, advertising or form services.
